Sebanyak 59 pencilan Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense (FOC) dianalisis menggunakan ERIC-PCR, RAMS dan RFLP-IGS. Ketiga-tiga teknik molekul ini menunjukkan variasi intraspesifik di mana pencilan-pencilan FOC menghasilkan 34 corak jalur ERIC, 33 haplotaip IGS dan 13 – 26 corak jalur mikrosatelit....
