Investigation To Reduce Material Reject In Production Line At Besi ACM
description This report presents the DMAIC approach to business strategies used to increase the profitability and smoothness of businesses for all operations to meet customer needs and demands. DMAIC's technique is a strategy that speeds up improvements in its processes, products, and services. It is a good business strategy and allows companies to use simple and achievable methods to maintain smooth operations. In this report effort, various attempts have been made to review the DMAIC approach in various sectors. Organizations now need to continuously improve the quality of products, processes and services through in-depth approach to various aspects of competitiveness. Six Sigma is an approach to using specific methods and decision-making methods. This report describes how the methodology is applied systematically to a satisfactory quality level. To find out which method is appropriate to overcome the problem being discussed. Some of the methods used in the collection of information, there are several main reasons that prove to be the cause of the problem. At the end of this thesis will use DMAIC method and also six sigma to solve the matter discussed in this report.
