| Summary: | The system's quality makes information reliable, providing users’ needs and expectations. This Action Research Study is to develop a prototype of a network coverage system to improve the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) Aduan Portal to increase user satisfaction. The prototype should perform a speed test and determine its geolocation. Hence, it may assist MCMC officers in extracting data and doing desktop analysis. The prototype development was adapted from DeLone and McLean Model (2002). The requirements gathered from the survey and interviews helped to improve the prototype. Finally, the prototype's effectiveness is shown by measuring the results before and after the intervention. |
