Summary:This research is carried out to study the Special Education teachers' level of knowledge, attitude and satisfaction towards the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the area of Batu Pahat district, Johor. The sample of this study includes 48 people who represented the population of this research. Five secondary schools and five primary schools in a rural area were involved in this research. This research applied quantitative approach using an online questionnaire (online Google Form) answered by respondents. Three instruments have been used in this study which are an instrument adapted from UNESCO ICT Skill Training Modul, 2003 (ICT Skill), a scale for the attitudes towards the use of ICT and an instrument which was adopted and adapted by using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software version 21. This research has found that the Special Education teachers' level of knowledge, attitude and satisfaction towards the use of ICT is at a high level. Pearson correlation test has been used to answer the objectives of the research. It was found that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge and attitudes towards the use of ICT of the Special Education teachers, there is no significant relationship between knowledge and satisfaction towards the use of ICT of the Special Education.
