There are four stages in designing assessments for online learning, which are planning, development, implementation and support as well as evaluator reviews. The respondents of the study consisted of 173 vocational college teachers for all subjects or programs in the Johor Bahru. This study uses a questionnaire that has been developed by researchers based on criteria in four stages in designing assessment. The questionnaire was filled out by the teachers involved through Google Form that have been distributed. A pilot study showed the Cronbach’s Alpha index for all levels was 0.930. While the Alpha Cronbach index for each level is 0.788 for the planning stage, development stage 0.764, implementation stage 0.772 and the support and review 0.835.Data were analysed using the ‘Statistical Package for Social Science’ (SPSS) to obtain the median, interquartile range (IQR), frequency and percentage. The findings of the study show that the online assessment developed by Johor Bahru vocational college teachers for each level is at a high level. Most teachers agree that they have developed an online assessment according to the online assessment design framework (Median=4).
