In depth study shows that the sensitive highlands and hill slopes development. Lack of enforcement, supervision and adequate knowledge by the respective officers has raised the risk environmental disaster. Hence, this research aims to determine all the vital factor such as guidelines, procedures, monitoring, enforcement and also maintenance aspects to prevent further landslide and environmental damages occur.
