This research involves nine objective whereby first objective is to identify level factor KKB and stres, thirdly, to identify the difference of KKB and stres among the front liner staffs’ according to demographic, continue with the relation between KKB and stress among country and lastly to identify which is the dominan factor for KKB that contribute to stres. Questionnaire was used as the research instrument to know the responden feedback. A sample of 25 staffs which was selected through random purposely sampling based on Krejcie and Morgan timetable are from LHDN Kelantan and Terengganu area. Data collected were analyzed by SPSS software version 11.5 with the realibility for this study is a 0.70. Techniques such as percentage and mean were used for descriptive statistic and t-test and one way anova together with multiple regresion and chi square for correlation were applied to see the difference and the relation between two main factor mention above. For overall, result shows that factor of KKB contribute the level of stres among staff with some item of KKB have relation with demographic area such as sex and the secureness during office hour. Somehow, there are also some factor of KKB towards stres in demographic part doesn’t show any relation such as the age and level of study.
