A favours an approach to complement its current "Accident Incident Management System" (AIMS) which is a reporting tool used on internal occurence of accidents, incidents, or near-misses. The study is carried out by observation and intervention of employees while at work done and this are carried out by observers. The program focused on four production lines in the company and it is to compare the resulting observations of these plants. The result tabulated in the behaviour check sheet will be statistically analyzed using statistical approach.
