The purpose of quantitative research is to identify the level of performance appraisal and teachers‘ satisfaction level, also to identify whether genders influence the teachers‘ job satisfaction. There are 60 teachers from three schools in Felda Lok Heng which are two primary schools and a secondary school. The observation method used is Likert 5 point scales questionnaires and the data is analysed by using SPSS 16.0 version. The research result shown the performance appraisal in human resource management is in high level (M=75.45). This suggestion is brought up to the school administration to continue the present management practice in order to make sure that the level in human resource management is in high position. Based on the teachers‘ satisfaction research, the overall result shown that it is also in high level (M=79.88). The school administration is also suggested to maintain the teachers‘ job satisfaction on the high level to guarantee high quality on job performance. For T-Test result, there is no significant differences on teachers‘ job satisfaction level which is based on genders.
