Among the programs include enforcement by the authorities and awareness campaign. Malaysia is one of the countries where the number of accident is increasing. One of the program developed by the government is the road safety education in school which gazetted by government to be included in school learning process. This study aims to measure the level of understanding among the student about road safety. Besides, it is also to identify whether outside classroom practical training and involvement from parent are to be included in the road safety education syllabus. The result analysed using “Z test” shows that students are well understand about road safety and able to answer the questions given.
