The research is also to identify the attributes that are less practised by the headmasters in schools organization. This research was done in 55 primary national school with 120 Islamic Education and j-QAF teachers as the respondents. Instrument that was used in this research was built using SPSS for Windows programme. Results from the research showed that teacher admitted that 13 of our prophet’s leadership attributes have been instilled in all the headmasters leadership in schools.
