Summary:Transfer of training actually is application of new knowledge and skiii that we can get from join any training in order to increase organization effectiveness. This study was held in order to clarify the relationship between individual factor, training design and environmental factor with transfer of training. The respondent for this study was SWM Environment Sdn Bhd workers. The sample of respondent that has been chosen for this study is 110. This study objective was to clarify the perception of SWM Environment Sdn Bhd workers about the level of transfer o f training, find whether the relationship between individual factors, transfer design and environmental factor was significance towards transfer of training and clarify the main factor which effect mostly towards the transfer of training between individual factor, training design and environmental factor. The analysis that has been used in this study was mean, t-analysis, anova, correlation and regression. The analysis result show that the perception of SWM Environment Sdn Bhd workers towards transfer of training level was at medium level. This study also show that there was a significance positive relationship in correlation between individual factors, transfer design and environmental factor. The main factor which effect transfer of training is the transfer design.
