Summary:A construction project is a unique industry because it involves many parties from different companies working together to complete a project. Failure to manage the project will cause many problem as a result of differences in experiences and different in work processes. In view of this, Quality Management System should be implementing to handle all the problems and issues in the construction project. However, the implementation of quality system is always performed at the company level only. There was lack of researches on the Quality Management System implementation in project level. That was the reason the study conduct to identify the main activities on quality management in project level. To conduct on this study, the objectives are to: 1) review the current implementation of PQMS in the construction project level; and 2) identify main activities to implement the PQMS in construction level. The objectives had been achieved through two methods which are by literature review and a questionnaire that distributed to the main parties of construction project which are client’s representatives, consultants and contractors from all over Malaysia. Research shows there are 30 activities in the PQMS that should be control for the success of project, especially for customer satisfaction.
