Kota Tinggi District Council (MDKT) in 2004 decide to redevelop bus and taxi station in the city by the way of privatization. In July 2011, MDKT opened Terminal Tun Sri Lanang (TTSL) to the public. This study was made to identify issues and problemsin terms of management and maintenance in TTSL as well as to identify recommendations for improvement and MDKT planning for full use of TTSL. To meet the objectives of this study, the data and information collected and obtained from the literature, distributing questionnaires and interviews with the administration of MDKT. The data isanalyzed by using qualitative and quantitative methods. The study found that there were problems relating to the public amenities, comforting environment in the building, the lack of visitors to TTSL and dismal condition of the premises. The study also found that respondents were satisfied with the current management TTSL at this moment; however improvements need to be made to ensure TTSL management and maintenance are better and in order.
