| Summary: | Rural development transformation through economic is an effort to solve problems of poverty. Therefore, FELDA plays role in attracting second generation of FELDA to develop rural FELDA area through Sentuhan Kasih FELDA (SKF) Program. This is to overcome the problem of poverty, unemployment and also rural-urban migration. The major issue in this study is about the changing and benefit of the development socio economic of the participant in SKF Program. This study is to identify component the SKF Programme. Besides, this also to studied the sources of income and entrepreneur development activities of the participant SKF Program. This scope study is based on SKF program?s components which are housing, agriculture and facilities of infrastructure. Methodology in this studied are qualitative and quantitative method that using entire population in SKF Program. Result of the study showing that female participant working in project site, while male participant preferd working outside to generate more income. Side income is really needed to strengthen the income expenses of household. Therefore, developing the entrepreneur is the best solution to increased and improved monthly income of household. Implementation of improvement in entrepreneur of self program is to full-up the individual needs household. To achieve the community welfare, the satisfaction about facility and infrastructure have to be improved. |
