Industrial Management Transformational leadership style is believe as one of the leadership that can create a loyalty and high commitment among the members of the organizations. This is because, transformational leadership style is involving all of the organization members in any matters related to the workplace either good or bad. The existance of organizational politics in the working environment may affect the effectiveness of relationship between transformational leadership style and organization commitment among employees. This reseach has been conducted at Jabatan Kastam DiRaja Malaysia, Putrajaya. There are four main objectives for the research which are researching the level of organizational politics dan factors that shape the organizational politics, identifying the the relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational commitment among custom employees, to see the effect of transformational leadership style components towards organizational commitment and identifying the effect of organizational politics towards relationship between trasnformational leadership style and organizational commitment among custom employees. The finding shows that all transformational leadership components which are charismatic, inspirational, intellectual stimulation and individual consideration give impact towards continuance commitment. While for affective commitment, it being influenced by the charismatic component and normative commitment by inspirational component. Organizational politic is identified do not gave any impact to the relationship between transformational leadership style and commitment towards organization. As conclusion, there might be any other factors that can give effect towards relationship above other than organizational politics.
