This study examines the factors that influence the awareness of cash waqf by measuring the attitude, perceived behavioural control, subjective norms and promotion. Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) (Azjen 1991) was used as a basis for this study. The study focuses on the awareness on cash waqf among UniSHAMS staff. The study employed a quantitative type of research using questionnaires and the sample comprised of 201 respondents. The study found three determinants to be significant in influencing the awareness of cash waqf namely attitude, subjective norms and promotion.
