A total of 107 service team staff working at a water filter company in Northern Malaysia participated in this study. Data was analysed using Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) software 25.0 to test the reliability, correlation, regression and hypothesis of this study. Results on the analysis showed that job autonomy and training are positively related with employee performance. Employees who have the freedom to handle their job tasks and have the required knowledge and skills to perform their tasks through training were perceived to show high performance at work.
