Proton Parts Centre as a subsidiary Company of PROTON that is directly involved in supplying and distributing PROTON spare parts to all branches throughout Malaysia. The data were collected and analyzed by using the Statistical Package For Social Sciences (SPSS) computer program. Correlation and Regression analysis is used to estimate the relationship between variables. The results indicate that work motivation factors and organizational climate have significant relationship with organizational commitment among employees.
