Summary:The objective of the study is to examine the job satisfaction among Royal Malaysia Police (RMP). More specifically, the objectives of the study are to examine the relationship between salary and benefit and job satisfaction, the relationship between career advancement opportunity and job satisfaction, and the relationship between supervision and job satisfaction as well. Data from 205 respondents of RMP working in Bukit Aman Division was used for the analysis. Multiple regression analysis shows that salary and benefit, career advancement opportunity and supervision have significant positive relationship with job satisfaction among RMP. Based on the findings, each of the three independent factors has a positive relationship with job satisfaction. The findings could help RMP HR administrators build a successful strategy based on factors that may enhance job satisfaction. Further study can concentrate on other possible factors influencing employee job satisfaction, such as working conditions, job stress, and work-life balance
