Multiple regression analysis shows that salary and benefit, career advancement opportunity and supervision have significant positive relationship with job satisfaction among RMP. Based on the findings, each of the three independent factors has a positive relationship with job satisfaction. The findings could help RMP HR administrators build a successful strategy based on factors that may enhance job satisfaction.
