AI has proven effective in enhancing the education system through tools such as chatbots, robots, and automated assessment systems. However, concerns have arisen regarding biases, accuracy, and ethical issues, particularly with tools like ChatGPT. The study aims to examine how human instruction, the education system, and student knowledge influence the effectiveness of AI-generated tools in universities. A quantitative approach was used, involving data collection and analysis through SPSS software. The findings suggest that while AI can significantly improve educational experiences, its success depends on ethical integration alongside human instruction. The implications highlight the need for universities to balance technological advancements with maintaining educational integrity 2024 Thesis https://etd.uum.edu.my/11435/ https://etd.uum.edu.my/11435/1/depositpermission.pdf text eng staffonly https://etd.uum.edu.my/11435/2/s829567_01.pdf text eng staffonly https://etd.uum.edu.my/11435/3/s829567_02.pdf text eng staffonly other masters Universiti Utara Malaysia
