Despite its importance, the effectiveness of safety management practices in achieving these goals remains a topic of ongoing investigation and scholarly debate. In this study, 158 respondents from TM were selected to participate in an extensive data collection process aimed at gathering insights on the dimensions of safety management practices and safety compliance. Using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), the study examined the proposed relationships between safety compliance and various dimensions of safety management practices, including management commitment to safety, safety training, and worker involvement in safety. The results demonstrate that enhancing safety compliance within the organization requires prioritizing and systematically integrating these safety management practices into daily operations.
