Methodology of this project is including 5 phase which are developing a process vision and determining process objectives, defining the process, identifying and understanding the existing process, process suitable recommendation, and documentation. Outsourcing acts as a mean to improve services in an organisation by using a third party who is an expert in the related field. Moreover, outsourcing provide several advantages, such as, savings of energy, time and cost while increasing the productivity of an organisation.
