The objectives of this study are to examine assessment officers’ attitude towards electronic mail, to identify the relationship between the assessment officers’ attitude, skill, and training, physical environment (computer) and top management support towards electronic mail, ,and the differences of electronic mail usage based on demographic factors. They were two hundred and fifty respondents which includes electronic mail users from DBP headquarter answered the questionnaire. The analysis of the data has done descriptively using percentages, frequency, cross tab, and mean to looks at the assessment officers’ attitude towards electronic mai1. Besides that t-test were used to determine the significant difference of electronic mail usage based on post and gender, and one way ANOVA test were used to determine the significant difference of electronic mail usage based on ages and tenure. In, addition Pearson correlation also used to test the hypothesis between independent variables such as attitude, skill, and training, physical environment (computer) and tops management support with dependent variables such as level of electronic mail use. The study showed respondents have a positive attitude towards electronic mail. The findings showed there was significant difference between assessment officer post, tenures, and ages with their level of electronic mail use except gender. The study also showed that there was a significant relationship between attitude, skill, and training, physical environment (computer) and top management support with their level of use. Finally, the study also showed that there was a significant and positive relationship on every independent variables such as skill, training, physical environment (computer) and top management support.
