| 總結: | The aim of this research is to determine the level of communication effectiveness within the Command and Control System of the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN). The conducts of this research is aimed at testing whether there is a relationship and influence of independent variable in the
communication factor such as the communication structure, communication skills, communication medium, communication network and other assumptions towards dependant variable that is the communication effectiveness. The research was conducted on officers and men of the Stesen Komunikasi TLDM (SKTLDM) in Kuala Lumpur and Lumut, Perak.This study was done using questionnaires designed by the researcher Taufik (2001) based on the findings on his research regarding communication that he conducted and tailor to suit the RMN organization. A total of 260 respondents made up of officers and men from the RMN were selected at proportionate stratified random sampling approach by using a
list of names and ranks to participate in this study. The data collected were analyzed and tested using statistical descriptive and inference method like Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression. The findings showed that the
level of effective communication is in tandem with the communication factors within the RMN Command and Control System. This study also demonstrates that a significant and strong positive relationship exists between communication factors such as communication structure,communication skills, communication medium, communication network and
other assumptions with communication effectiveness. The Multiple Regression Test on the other hand shows that there is a significant influence between communication factors and its effectiveness. |
