As necessity to define product's interest and degree of halal product quality especially in Malaysian food industry, this research concentrate on halal product of HPA Ind. Sdn. Bhd. This study aims to identify the degree of customer satisfaction which influenced of quality product of HPA Ind. Sdn. Bhd. This study also to research about connection between customer satisfaction and degree of quality of HPA product. Other objective of this study are to determine the diffrence between customer satisfaction and quality product of HPA related to demographic factors. This research have been done at HPA sales branch in Perlis. Questionnaire was use as research instrument. Meanwhile, this study had been analyzed by using statistics descriptive as frequency, percentage and average, T-test, one way variance (ANOVA) and Pearson Correlation. The findings of descriptive analysis show that min score degree of customer satisfaction and quality product HPA are high. Search also show that there are high connetion between customer satisfaction and quality of product.
