Factors such as colleagues, training and recognition relate significantly to the level of job satisfaction. On average, 92.4 % of the teachers agree that they maintain a good professional relationship with their colleagues in their respective organisations. Quality management is found to have a vital influence on the level of job satisfaction. Generally, the research shows that 87.8 % of quality culture influences the level of job satisfaction among teachers in the Kuala Muda district, followed by 85.0 % of quality assurance and quality improvement.
