This study confined its method by using questionnaires. A total of 70 subjects comprising 50 graduates and 20 trainers had been chosen as respondents to this study. The result showed that study had achieved the entire objectives and made suggestions for the betterment of the training programmes conducted from time to time. It is important for the trainer's satisfaction, more happy and productive espescially in study condition.
