description The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction among teachers. This study search four dimension of transformational leadership especially idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration and correlation with job satisfaction among teachers. Research also search whether the Principal uses the dimensions to give job satisfaction. Aspect of job satisfaction is supervision, friends, career, job situation, total of job, and correlation between teachers and students. This research involved 52 respondents from Maktab Rendah Sains MARA (MRSM) Jeli, Kelantan. One set of questionnaires containing 6 questions on personel data, 16 questions on job satisfaction and 37 questions on leadership were distributed. The data obtained was analysed using the descriptive statistical method to determine the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and the inference statistical method which includes one-way ANOVA, Perason correlation, and regression. The findings show that the Principal using the transformational leadership on average level. Besides that, job satisfaction among teachers is within the average level to almost high 1evel.The research also shows that there is a positive correlation between transformational leadership style and job satisfaction. The findings also show that no significant difference in the principal's transformational leadership based on teacher's teaching experience. One dimension on transformational leadership namely motivation, which gave the contribution on job satisfaction among teachers
