The questionnaires were adapted from the questions in the International Personality Item Pool (IPIP) by Bamber & Castka study (2006) for
personality and resistance to train is adapted from the Resistance to Change Scale questions in the study by Oreg (2003). Discussion from the findings and the recommendations are given in the end of this study |
