Industrial Management This study was conducted to analyse the comitment of the fire officer from Larkin Road Fire Station, Johore Bharu, Johor toward the organisation. In this reseach 105 questionaire was distributed via the Fire Chief Station to the fire officer. Only 80 questionaire was return and being analyse using the software SPSS Version 11.0 In this research, ANOVA Test was used to analyse whether there are any significant difference between demography factor of the respondent and commitment of the fire officer toward the organisation. From the finding only marital status in the demography factor seem to have significant difference that is respondan who are married are more commited when compare to the respondent who are unmarried and divorce. Overall the level of commit of the fire officer toward the organisation are high. From the pearson corelation, it was found that generally that there exist a strong positive significant relationship between the dimension of job satisfaction with commitmen of fire officer toward the organisation.
