The purpose of this study was to identify trends in workplace accidents and factor affecting workplace accidents in the manufacturing industry among workers. A qualitative study was conducted where the data was obtained from workplace accidents report from employers to the Department of Occupational Safety and Health. There were 490 reports from January 2017 to October 2019 that can be used for analysis. The data collected is analysed manually by sorting according to the criteria specified. The findings can elaborate got trends in types of industrial accidents, time of accident occurred, types of injury and causes of accidents. In addition, the factors affecting to the accident such not follow work instruction, not wear personal protective equipment and use defective equipment also investigated as a result of this study.
