Employment This study examined the relationship between career development with job satisfaction among permanent CONSIST College Sdn. Bhd. The purpose of this study is to identify whether is there any relationship exist between career counseling, training and development, job rotation, and mentoring with the employee's job satisfaction among the chosen population. In this study, a quantitative approach was conducted which primary data were collected through an online questionnaire. Through the questionnaire, all collected data recorded a total of 132 respondents from permanent staff. CONSIST College which located in Hulu Klang, Selangor was chosen to be the main focus of this study which the sample of this study. For the questionnaire, a fivepoint Likert scale was used by the researcher in which the intention is to measure the degree of career counseling, training and development, job rotation, mentoring and job satisfaction. To analyze the relationship, both the Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were used for this study. Based on the result obtained through these two analyses for all the four independent variables, it shows that career counseling, training and development, job rotation and mentoring indeed have a statistically significant relationship with the employee's job satisfaction.
