The sample of this study context is teachers of preschool classes in Penang state which has a total of 191 respondents participated in this study. The findings showed that physical facilities and workload is significantly related to job satisfaction. In contrast, communication and employee competencies were not predicting job satisfaction. This study has provided a better understanding of the factors that influence job satisfaction among preschool teachers.
