Summary:This study examines the effects of safety, relationship with co-worker, work-life balance, and employee motivation towards job satisfaction in a commercial bank, Kuala Lumpur. A convenience sampling method was used in this research. Data was collected using self-administered questionnaire. A total of 155 respondents participated in this research. Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 27 was employed to perform data analysis of the study. Normality Analysis, Reliability Test, Pearson Correlation Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) Analysis were performed. The findings of the study revealed that safety, work life balance and employee motivation had significant positive impact on employee job satisfaction while the relationship with co-worker did not have significant impact on employee job satisfaction. This study however was done in a single bank whereby the generalization of the findings could not made to other banks or financial institutions.
