Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 27 was employed to perform data analysis of the study. Normality Analysis, Reliability Test, Pearson Correlation Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) Analysis were performed. The findings of the study revealed that safety, work life balance and employee motivation had significant positive impact on employee job satisfaction while the relationship with co-worker did not have significant impact on employee job satisfaction.
