This study aims to examine the relationship between safety management practices and safety performance. The questionnaire was applied for data collection with 121 respondents from emergency department staff. Data were analyzed using “Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25. Descriptive analysis show the mean values at the moderate level. Correlation analysis revealed that there were positive relationship between safety performances and safety management practice. While regression analysis depicted that only safety training and employee engagement that were significantly related to safety performance. 47 percent of safety performance were explained by the safety training and employees’ engagement at the workplace.
