A total of 265 sets of questionnaire forms were distributed by the researcher himself to the respondents. However, only 235 responded. The questionnaire consists of 48 items using Likert Five Scale. The data collected was analysed using the descriptive statistic method and inferential statistic. 12 major hypothesis were formulated, tested using the t-test, Variant Scale Analysis (ANOVA), Pearson Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The results reveal that there is no significant difference between work stress faced by teachers and demography factors such as sex, marital status, age, duration of service, academic qualification and the location of school.
