Summary:This paper aims to look at the factors that influence job satisfaction in one of the fast food restaurants in Kuching, Sarawak which is Sugarbun restaurants. For this study, researcher used three independent variables which is compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and working environment to test the job satisfaction among Sugarbun's employees. There were two main objectives to identify this research study which are to investigate the significant correlation and the significant effect between each of factors with job satisfaction. A total number of 200 closed-ended questionnaires were distributed and 181 were returned back to the researcher. However, only 177 sets of questionnaire were selected because the questionnaires of completely answered by the respondents. The study used SPSS software to analyse the data obtained. The finding from this study shows that there is a significant correlation between compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and working environment with job satisfaction. To add, there is a significant effect between compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and working environment with job satisfaction. However, the relationship between the variables is low.
