Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between work environment, motivational factors, leadership, and workload to teacher satisfaction. A total of 116 questionnaires were used for gathering data from the respondents. SPSS version 22.0 was used to analyse the data. Findings showed that there is a positive relationship between work environment, motivational factors, leadership, and workload towards job satisfaction among teachers in Tuanku Putra secondary school. Moreover, motivation was strongly associated with job satisfaction among teachers. Improvement suggestions were that school management should provide a conducive working environment, develop good leadership, and motivate teachers to enhance their teacher‟s satisfaction.
