The work from home (WFH) phenomenon is one of the initiatives that has been implemented by many countries around the world as attempts to avoid the spread of Covid-19, and it has impacted workers' productivity. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the three factors, which are workload, management support, and flexibility, affect the workers' productivity while working from home during the Covid-19 outbreak. The target respondents for this study are from public and private sector companies located in Kuala Lumpur. The researcher used a quantitative approach to measuring the independent and dependent variables. The researcher distributed and collected the questionnaires thru several platforms such as hard copy and soft copy via Google Form, E-mail, Facebook, and WhatsApp due to the CMCO period. The total data that have been used to analyze in this study is 384 data, as suggested by Krejcie and Morgan (1970). This study used Statistical Packages of Social Sciences (SPSS) in analyzing the data. The findings of this study show that management support and flexibility while working from home affect the workers' productivity. However, workload while working from home does not affect the workers' productivity during the implementation of MCO by the Malaysian government.
