Summary:This study aims to determine stress among school teachers in the Padang Terap District. Stress and stress-related complaints, such as tiredness and depressive mood, are widespread among teachers. However, awareness of the correlation between the overall level of teacher stress at school and the individual student results is limited. This research examines the levels of teacher-reported stress, the factors of teacher stress, and symptoms of stress. Data has been collected among primary and secondary teachers in the Padang Terap District. One-level linear regression analyzes have been made from the data. This research’s findings have been analyzed by using SPSS to analyze Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Pearson Correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis were made. The findings revealed positive correlations between school teacher stress and factor of stress. Due to stress symptom at the workplace, this data has been evaluated in this study. The results indicate that all the factors of stress as variables of this study are accepted.
