Elemen kepimpinan yang dikaji dalam kalangan Guru besar ialah</p><p>amalan kepimpinan moral yang wujud aspek dalam pengurusan organisasi sekolah,</p><p>aspek pengajaran dan pembelajaran dan dalam aspek kemenjadian murid. Kajian ini</p><p>dilaksanakan menerusi pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan reka bentuk kajian</p><p>tindakan partisipatif (Participatory Action Research atau PAR). Model PAR tiga</p><p>gelung yang diadaptasi daripada Crane dan Richardson (2000) telah digunakan dalam</p><p>kajian ini. Seramai 21 orang peserta kajian dalam kalangan guru besar, para pentadbir</p><p>kanan dan guru-guru akademik dipilih daripada tiga buah sekolah Kebangsaan (SK).</p><p>Data untuk kajian ini dikutip melalui instrumen temu bual, pemerhatian dan catatan</p><p>jurnal. Data yang dikumpul dianalisis menggunakan kaedah analisis tematik. Dapatan</p><p>kajian menunjukkan bahawa guru besar lepasan PRIme, di setiap sekolah mampu</p><p>mengembangkan amalan kepimpinan moral dalam pengurusan organisasi sekolah,</p><p>aspek pengajaran dan pembelajaran dan aspek kemenjadian murid. Antara elemen</p><p>moral yang dikembangkan dalam kepimpinan pengurusan organisasi sekolah ialah</p><p>elemen perancangan yang berteraskan nilai moral dan elemen pengorganisasian</p><p>sumber manusia yang insani. Selanjutnya elemen moral yang dikembangkan dalam</p><p>aspek kepimpinan pengajaran dan pembelajaran ialah elemen pengajaran</p><p>transformatif, pembelajaran aktif dan pentaksiran yang berasaskan manusia. Di</p><p>samping itu, elemen moral yang dikembangkan dalam aspek kemenjadian murid,</p><p>ialah kemenjadian dalam akademik, kokurikulum dan sahsiah murid. Implikasi kajian</p><p>ini membantu memberikan maklumat yang penting kepada kepimpinan moral guru</p><p>besar, pengurusan organisasi sekolah dan modul PRIme dalam kepimpinan moral</p><p>yang lebih efisien.</p>
