Dapatan kajian ini</p><p>menunjukkan bahawa kepimpinan transformasi guru besar mengikut persepsi guru adalah</p><p>pada tahap tinggi (min=4.31,SP=.616), perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi guru adalah</p><p>pada tahap tinggi (min=4.15,SP=.613), dan keberkesanan sekolah juga berada pada tahap</p><p>tinggi (min=4.25,SP=.603). Analisis ujian t dan ANOVA mendapati bahawa tidak terdapat</p><p>perbezaan min signifikan persepsi guru terhadap kepimpinan transformasi guru besar</p><p>berdasarkan jantina (t=(580)=.31,p=.47>.05), umur guru (F(4,577)=.964,p=.49>.05) dan</p><p>pengalaman guru (F(4,577)=1.205,p=.34>.05). Seterusnya analisis ujian t dan ANOVA</p><p>turut mendapati bahawa tidak terdapat perbezaan min signifikan persepsi guru terhadap</p><p>perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi guru berdasarkan jantina (t=(580)=1.06,p=.447>.05),</p><p>umur (F(4,577)=1.315,p=.37>.05) dan pengalaman mengajar (F(4,577)=1.698,p=26>.05).</p><p>Berdasarkan analisis ujian kolerasi Pearson bahawa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan</p><p>tetapi tahap lemah di antara kepimpinan transformasi guru besar dengan keberkesanan</p><p>sekolah (r=.27**,p=0.01<.05) dan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan pada tahap</p><p>sederhana kuat antara perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi dengan keberkesanan sekolah</p><p>(r=.33**,p=0.01<.05). Berdasarkan ujian Regresi linear, kepimpinan transformasi guru</p><p>besar telah memberi kesan kecil terhadap keberkesanan sekolah adalah sebanyak 14.1%</p><p>(R2=.141), perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi guru telah memberi kesan sederhana</p><p>terhadap keberkesanan sekolah sebanyak 24.2% (R2=.242). Sebagai rumusan, kajian ini</p><p>menunjukkan bahawa kepimpinan transformasi guru besar dan perilaku kewarganegaraan</p><p>organisasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keberkesanan sekolah. Implikasi kajian tesis ini</p><p>mencadangkan bahawa adalah penting para pemimpin sekolah mengamalkan kepimpinan</p><p>transformasi dan menyemaikan perilaku kewarganegaraan organisasi guru.
