<p>Kajian ini adalah bertujuan mendapatkan Penilaian Peserta Terhadap Kualiti Fasilitator</p><p>Dan Kualiti Program Perkhemahan Amali Akhir Pendidikan Luar Universiti</p><p>Pendidikan Sultan Idris. Kajian ini menggunakan rekabentuk kuantitatif yang</p><p>menggunakan kaedah tinjauan. Seramai 302 orang responden (n=302), dipilih</p><p>menggunakan teknik persampelanbertujuan (purposive sampling) yang terdiri daripada</p><p>empat kumpulan iaitu kumpulan (i) ambilan bagi semester satu sesi 2019/2020 (n=137),</p><p>(ii) ambilan semester dua sesi 2018/2019 (n=69), manakala untuk (iii) ambilan semester</p><p>satu sesi 2018/2019 (n=96). Instrumen utama kajian ini adalah menggunakan soal</p><p>selidik Participant Evaluation of Instructor and Program Quality (PEIPQ) yang</p><p>mempunyai 8 konstruk dan 48-item berkaitan kualiti fasilitator dan kualiti program.</p><p>Dapatan kajian yang diperolehi di analisismenggunakan Statistik Inferensi. Analisis</p><p>data kajian yang terlibat ialah ANOVA sehala bagi persoalan satu dan dua, Ujian-t Tidak</p><p>Bersandar dan ANOVA sehala bagi persoalan tiga dan Korelasi Pearson bagi persoalan</p><p>empat. Empat persoalan kajian tersebut telah dipecahkan kepada empat bahagian</p><p>beserta dengan hasil dapatan data kajian. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa terdapat</p><p>perbezaan yang signifikan di antara demografi bangsa dan zon asal kelahiran terhadap</p><p>penilaian kualiti program bagi konstruk kesan program terhadap pembangunan diri dan</p><p>pengurusan program. Hasil dapatan kajian yang selainnya menunjukkan tidak terdapat</p><p>perbezaan yang signifikan. Tiga kumpulan ambilan pelajar yang terpilih sebagai</p><p>responden kajian juga tidak menunjukkan perbezaan yang signifikan terhadap kualiti</p><p>fasilitator dan kualiti program. Pekali korelasi bagi kualiti fasilitator dan kualiti</p><p>program adalah signifikan dan menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan tinggi.</p><p>Rumusan kajian mendapati, bangsa dan zon asal kelahiran mempunyai pengaruh yang</p><p>kuat terhadap penilaian kualiti fasilitator dan kualiti program perkhemahanamali akhir</p><p>Pendidikan Luar UPSI. Kajian ini mencadangan kepada pengkaji akan datanguntuk</p><p>melakukan penambahan kepada bilangan pembolehubah, membuat kajian pra dan</p><p>pasca bagi mengukuhkan lagi hasil dapatan kajian berkaitan penilaian peserta, teknik</p><p>pengumpulan data kaedah campuran gabungan teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif</p><p>dan kualitatif bagi mengukuhkan lagi dapatan kajian untuk mendapatkan data empirikal</p><p>yang lebih mendalam dan membesarkan lagi skop kajian dengan mendapatkan sampel</p><p>yang lebih besar dengan melibatkan IPT seluruh Malaysia yang menganjurkan program</p><p>perkhemahan amali Pendidikan Luar.</p> |
