Hasil kajian menunjukkan wujud korelasi antara amalan organisasi</p><p>pembelajaran dengan amalan kepimpinan lestari guru besar (r = 0.815), amalan</p><p>kepimpinan lestari guru besar dengan kepimpinan guru (r = 0.652) dan amalan</p><p>organisasi pembelajaran dengan kepimpinan guru (r = 0.678). Data kajian yang dicerap</p><p>sepadan (fit) dan memenuhi syarat indeks kesepadanan yang ditetapkan dalam konteks</p><p>kajian ini (Chisq = 1.472, RMSEA = 0.030, CFI = 0.945, IFI = 0.945, TLI = 0.944, GFI</p><p>= 0.800). Tambahan lagi, didapati amalan organisasi pembelajaran berperanan sebagai</p><p>mediator penuh dalam hubungan antara amalan kepimpinan lestari guru besar dan</p><p>kepimpinan guru di sekolah kebangsaan dalam komuniti orang asli. Oleh itu, dapat</p><p>dikenal pasti bahawa peranan guru besar adalah penting dalam mempraktikkan amalan</p><p>kepimpinan lestari untuk menyokong pelaksanaan amalan organisasi pembelajaran bagi</p><p>meningkatkan kepimpinan dalam kalangan guru-guru di sekolah. Implikasinya, model</p><p>persamaan struktural yang telah dicadangkan menunjukkan bahawa amalan</p><p>kepimpinan lestari guru besar dapat memberi kesan terhadap kepimpinan guru melalui</p><p>penerapan amalan organisasi pembelajaran di sekolah. Ini memberi indikator bahawa</p><p>kursus, latihan dan modul kepimpinan pendidikan untuk para guru besar dan juga guru</p><p>haruslah dirancang secara holistik bagi meningkatkan kualiti sekaligus</p><p>mentransformasikan sistem pendidikan di Malaysia.</p>
