The objectives were to</p><p>determine the characteristics of an effective special-sport-based EE curriculum and to</p><p>increase DanceSport students entrepreneurship intension (EI). This study was</p><p>employed the design, development research (DDR) method. Process of research</p><p>divided in two phases of design and development, and implementation and</p><p>verification. In the first phase, Delphi method was the primary technique, followed</p><p>with literature review and expert interview. In the second phase, quasi-experimental</p><p>teaching in which sixty DanceSport students were involved by purposive sampling</p><p>and statistical analysis which included descriptive statistics, Chi-squared test and</p><p>independent sample t-test were used. Results showed the DSECP was come out with 5</p><p>constructs and thirty instruction topics, and students EI, ATB (Attitude toward</p><p>behaviour) and PBC (Perceived behavioural Control) increased significantly after the</p><p>DSECP. However, students SNs (Subject Norms) did not have significant change.</p><p>Overall, the designed DSECP achieved the expected research objectives which</p><p>reflects the characteristics of effective special-sport-based EE Curriculum and has a</p><p>good effect on enhancing students EI. This study was the first to use a systematic</p><p>process to design a strongly targeted EE curriculum for students in a specific sport,</p><p>which extended the integration of EE and professional education from the theoretical</p><p>research level to a new stage of curriculum development and implementation. For the</p><p>further studies, longitudinal research, the effect of different teaching strategies and</p><p>large sample teaching are very worthwhile research directions.</p> |
