Sejumlah</p><p>402 orang guru yang terdiri daripada 22 kolej vokasional yang terletak di Zon Utara mengambil</p><p>bahagian dalam kajian ini. Mereka dipilih sebagai sampel kajian berdasarkan pensampelan</p><p>rawak berstrata berkadar. Permodelan Persamaan Berstruktur digunakan untuk menganalisis</p><p>data. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa kepimpinan lautan biru dapat diukur melalui tiga</p><p>dimensi iaitu fokus, wawasan dan pengaruh ideal. Keterlibatan pekerja dapat diukur melalui</p><p>tiga dimensi iaitu dedikasi, penyerapan dan semangat. Prestasi pasukan dapat diukur dengan</p><p>menggunakan lima item dalam satu konstruk. Model yang dibangunkan memenuhi nilai Indeks</p><p>Kesepadanan yang diperlukan dengan nilai RMSEA = 0.067, CFI = 0.899, TLI = 0.886 dan</p><p>Chisq/df = 2.814. Kepimpinan lautan biru mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap</p><p>keterlibatan pekerja manakala keterlibatan pekerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan</p><p>terhadap prestasi pasukan. Implikasi kajian menunjukkan bahawa guru yang melaksanakan</p><p>kepimpinan lautan biru memainkan peranan penting dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan pekerja</p><p>dan prestasi pasukan di kolej vokasional. Penerapan kepimpinan lautan biru oleh guru</p><p>berpotensi untuk disepadukan dalam bidang pengurusan pendidikan.</p> |
