Kajian ini mendapati empat daripada enam faktoriaitu Kepuasan Pengguna EMIS (β = .45), Penglibatan Pengguna EMIS (β = .25), Kekuatan Sistem EMIS(β= .24), Kefahaman Pengguna EMIS (β = .20) adalah faktor penyumbang yang signifikan kepadakejayaan penggunaan EMIS dan menghasilkan persamaan regresi (Y-hatK-EMIS = -0.19 + 0.24(KekuatanSistem (KS)) + 0.20(Kefahaman Pengguna (KP)) + 0.25(Penglibatan Pengguna (PP)) + 0.45(KepuasanPengguna (KPP)), persamaan regresi piawai (ZY-hatK-EMIS=0.22ZKS + 0.061ZKP + 0.26ZPP + 0.44ZKpP). Didapati tidak semua faktor yang dicadangkan dalam modelkerangka konsep menunjukkan korelasi yang signifikan dengan pemboleh ubahkejayaan penggunaan EMIS. Faktor kefahaman pengguna EMIS didapati tidak signifikandari segi korelasinya dengan pemboleh ubah kejayaan penggunaan EMIS dan terpaksa dikeluarkandaripada Model Kejayaan Penggunaan EMIS. Implikasi daripada kajian ini Kementerian PendidikanMalaysia perlu menambahbaik dasar sedia ada yang digunakan untuk membangunkan aplikasi pengurusansistem maklumat di Kementerian selaras denganintipati Pelan Pembangunan Pendidikan Malaysia 2013 - 2025.
